About the Opportunity
We have an exciting and diverse opportunity for a Provisional Psychologist to support our growing team at Beneco. You will be assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach, focusing on health and well-being. You’ll be managing a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW, Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments. You will be conducting Workplace Assessments, Psychological Functional Capacity Assessments, Vocational Assessments and Medical Case Conferencing with treating parties. Following competency and a comprehensive understanding of the scheme you will also have the opportunity to engage in adjustment to injury counselling in the delivery of our successful B-Well Program.

About You
The role will suit someone who will be able to engage and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders. You’re a like-minded professional that shares our passion about connecting with an helping others feel their best again. If you enjoy working with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for injured people, and you also have;
- Tertiary qualified Psychologist
- AHPRA Accredited or working towards
- Growth mindset and ambition to grow in the profession of injury management
- Excellent written and verbal; and interpersonal Communication skills
- Hold a full drivers license and access to own car
