Due to company growth, we are seeking an Allied Health Assistant to join our team based in Rhodes. As an Allied Health Assistant, you will work alongside the Rehabilitation Consultants and the greater team in facilitating daily operations and ensuring compliance to the established processes.
About the Role:
- Support the Rehabilitation Consultants and Team Support Teams with a variety of tasks including but not limited to
- Report writing
- Client file management
- Aid/Equipment purchases
- External Stakeholder Liaison
- Chasing of medical documents
- Project administration related tasks
- Ad hoc office duties

About you
- Previous experience in an administration role or customer focused role
- Initiative and the ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic
- Professional presentation and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
- Ability to demonstrate effective time management skills and accurate attention to detail skills
- Ability to multi-task and trouble shoot
- Reliable, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office desirable
- Cheerful disposition
- Working autonomously and part of a multidisciplinary team
