icare CASE Awards 2019 Announcement
We are so proud to be double award winners last night! Firstly, winners in the category for “Customer Excellence” and then the inaugural Customer and Service Excellence Award (CASE). We started out 8 years ago, sharing the same goals with a vision that we could collaborate for good, for the benefit of all. Hence the birth of Beneco. Along the way, we’ve been able to build an amazing team, and our team is our family.
We are a group who sees that our individual performance is only measured by what we can achieve together. We are a group who work exceptionally hard, day in, day out because we care. We are incredibly brave and don’t shy away from difficult conversations and this is the very character which depicts our brand. We are only a small business and tonight shows that even the smallest of stones can make a ripple in a large pond. It is great to see that our efforts are helping the goals of many businesses and helping the lives of many people.
To our team. Thank you! This is reward for all your hard work and effort. You guys are amazing, and all we ask is that you continue to place customers, clients and the people that need us most get the level of care they deserve. These people are the most important people that walk through our doors.
There were many people at the CASE Awards last night who have supported us along the way, thank you for your loyalty and trust which has given us the confidence to continue collaborating.
To our families and loved ones who often get the rough end of a consumed son, daughter, partner, husband or wife. Thank you for your ongoing support, understanding and encouragement. For without you Beneco would not be.
Thank you to icare for celebrating what is great about the scheme and acknowledging many people who share the same passion as us. Congratulations to all the other winners! This is a great privilege to have won, and we promise to keep working the Beneco way to ensure we see you again next year.
